Pre & Post Care

Before a Sound Bath Hydrate: Drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to the session, as sound vibrations can trigger a detoxification process. Arrive Early: Allow time to settle in, find a comfortable spot, and turn off your phone. Set Intentions: Take a moment to reflect on what you want to release or cultivate. Dress Comfortably: Wear warm, comfortable layers as body temperature may drop during deep relaxation. Use the Restroom: Avoid disrupting the session by going beforehand. After a Sound Bath Hydrate Immediately: Continue drinking water to help flush out toxins and support your body’s, which is 60-70% water, aftervibrational work. Rest and Ease Back: Avoid jumping straight into hectic activities or work. Take time to "come back" slowly. Ground Yourself: If you feel "spacey" or lightheaded, ground your energy by eating, walking outside, or doing light stretching. Journal: Jot down any emotions, insights, or sensations that arose during the session to help process the experience. Avoid Stimulants: Limit caffeine, alcohol, and smoking, as your body is in a sensitive, repairing state. Gentle Movement: If you feel tension, try gentle yoga, walking, or shaking to help release it. Some people feel immediate deep calm, while others might feel emotional or tired; both are normal as the body processes the experience.
